PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) - A new restaurant uses the forged foods found right in our backyard to create delicious meals.

For chef-owner Cameron Dunlap, this dream that has been in the making for several years is finally coming true. In opening the new spot, he hopes to set an example by creating more equitable work environment for the restaurant industry.
