Looking to feel the burn? A fitness studio in Beaverton has a mega way to do just that.
MegaBurn Fitness, located at 1874 Northwest 188th Avenue, has a new series of classes called “Mega Strength.”
The workout combines body-building with pilates. So, class attendees will do variations of deadlifts, squats and “skull crushers,” all while positioned on a pilates “Megaformer.”
It’s sure to be a high-intensity session of exercise.
