Two men were arrested on Tuesday after a search warrant was served at a home and illegal drugs were found, Portland police said.

Police served a search warrant at a house in the 3100 block of Southeast 21st Avenue.

Police said this investigation started on June 21 when neighbors contacted police regarding suspected drug activity at a home on Southeast 21st Avenue.

As the warrant was served, two suspects were taken into custody. Officers also located and seized heroin, methamphetamine and cocaine during the search of the location.

The two suspects, identified as Dustin J. Fink, 42, and Carlo J. Celestine, 43, were taken into custody during the search warrant. Fink was lodged at the county jail on a warrant for a previous conviction of delivery of heroin. Celestine was lodged on a probation violation warrant for a previous conviction of possession of methamphetamine.

Police were assisted by members of the Drugs and Vice Division and the Tactical Operation Division's Special Emergency Reaction Team (SERT).

Investigators are continuing this investigation and ask anyone with information about Fink, Celestine or the location to contact Central Precinct Neighborhood Response Team Officer Matthew Jacobsen at 503-823-0097 or Matthew.Jacobsen@portlandoregon.gov
