A Portland hotel worker believes the same man who ripped off employees at a Vancouver clothing store did the same thing to her and she also has him on surveillance video.

Employees at Spanky's Consignment shop in Vancouver believe the man stole three employees' wallets and one woman's red four-door Fiat.

Sheila Franklin, who works at a hotel near the Portland International Airport, saw the story on FOX 12 and believes the man ripped her off on Tuesday.

In surveillance video from the hotel, the man is dropped off by someone driving a red Fiat. Once inside, Franklin says he casually walked through the hallways, found her desk and stole her keys and wallet.

In the back parking lot, surveillance video shows the driver of the Fiat circling the area and then the man drives off in Franklin's Camry.

Watching the surveillance video, Franklin says her mind was racing.

"Very bold, has done it before. Maybe a ring going on in different states," said Franklin. "Very, very bold."

Police found the red Fiat abandoned in a parking lot Tuesday night.

Investigators are looking into both cases but have not confirmed a connection.
