MARIETTA, Ga. (ANF/Gray News) — Three people were arrested after police said they found 15 abused children living with them.

Ashley Jackson, Derrick Jackson and Briana Reynolds each face charges of first- and second-degree child cruelty, as well as possession of marijuana. They were booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center Thursday without bond.

According to arrest warrants, all 18 people lived in a two-bedroom apartment in Marietta, Georgia. The children range in age from 1 to 17.

Officers said there were only nine beds, and the home had no food or toilet paper. The warrants also noted a mold-spotted blanket hanging in one of the bedrooms and said the children were left without supervision for hours.

Derrick Jackson faces an additional charge of crossing the guard line after police said he was hiding marijuana in his rectum at the county correctional facility.
