Motorcyclist dies in crash on I-5 near Woodland; southbound lanes closed

CLARK COUNTY, Wash. (KPTV) - A deadly crash has closed all lanes of southbound Interstate 5 near Woodland early Thursday morning.

Washington State Patrol says a motorcyclist crashed on southbound I-5 at milepost 20 at about 3:21 a.m. The motorcyclist, whose name has not yet been released, died at the scene.

The southbound lanes are expected to be blocked for several hours while emergency crews are on scene. Drivers can take Exit 21 for Woodland and use State Route 503 to get around the closure.
