Police investigating ‘suspicious’ death in SE Portland

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - Police are investigating a “suspicious” death after finding a body at a home in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Portland Police Bureau, officers were called to a suspected death at a home in the 11900 block of Southeast Pardee Street around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Upon arrival, officers found a body, under what the PPB is calling “suspicious circumstances.”

No other details were made available.

During the investigation, traffic on Southeast Pardee between Southeast 118th through Southeast 120th Avenues will be impacted, police say.
