70-year-old Gresham man with medical issues goes missing

GRESHAM Ore. (KPTV) - A 70-year-old Gresham man with possible memory issues has been missing since Friday morning, according to police.

At about 10 a.m., Richard Fay left an appointment and was last seen near Northwest 13th Street and Northwest 12th Court in Gresham.

Gresham police said Fay takes medication daily for a medical condition, and his family has noticed that he becomes confused easily.

Richard Fay:

• He is about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 156 pounds.
• He has grey hair and blue eyes.
• He was last seen wearing a striped shirt, jean shorts, and white tennis shoes. Police have not said if he was last seen with a beard or shaved, but police have shared pictures showing him in both states.
